Telemarketing Manager
Responsibilities: - Plan and implement telemarketing strategies improve systems and processes
- Set up schedule and goals for telemarketing agents
- Produce high quality telemarketing agents to achieve sales target
- Maintain and improve telemarketing operations by monitoring system performance and resolving problems
- Prepare telemarketing performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Requirements:- Male / Female, max. 35 years old
- Min. S1 Degree any disciplinefrom reputable university
- Min. 3 years of working experience as Telemarketing Manager preferable in Life Insurance Industry
- Having experience to set up & selling product by telemarketing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills in handling complaint
- Having a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
Hotline Staff
Responsibilities: - Giving information to customer about insurance benefits by phone
- Handling customer’s complaint in order to clarify and understand customer needs
- Handling call from hospital or clinic provider about insurance participant
- Coordinate with Claim department about report complaints
- Work as a team and ensure that the hotline center service level is met
Requirements:- Male / Female, max. 27 years old
- Min. Diploma Degree any discipline from reputable university
- Computer literate, especially MS. Office is a must
- Communicative and excellent problem solving skills in handling complaint
- Able to work in shifting schedule
- Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
Project Management Office
Responsibilities: - Providing a framework to establish standard performance measures based on organizational goals and objectives
- Provides training in project management team and applied project tools to team members
- Ensure project management standard are followed
- Manage project budget and resource allocation
- Manage people and source are involved on project
- Present reports defining plans, problems and resolutions to appropriate levels of management
Requirements:- Male / Female, max. 35 years old
- Min. S1 Degree, any discipline
- Min. 3 years of working experience in Project Management Office preferable in Insurance Industry
- Having Six Sigma Certification, preferebly Black Belt
- Having a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Target oriented and strong leadership skills
Accounting Supervisor
Responsibilities: - Preparation of the Monthly Financial Report, including balance sheets and income statements
- Handling and checking day-to-day processing of accounts payable & receivable transactions to ensure that the accounts are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
- Preparing Monthly and annual tax calculation
- Handling for audit preparation
Requirements:- Male / Female, max 35 years old
- Min. S1 Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years of working experience as Accounting Supervisor in Life Insurance
- Details and have a strong analytical thinking
- Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
