Requirement :
1. Minimim Bachelor Degree from Reputable University with background of Telecommunication, Electronic, IT / Computer
2. Having experience in Telecom industry at least 2 years
3. Willing to work on shift schedule 24x7
Job Description:
1. Monitor all alarms related to BSS ( CDMA and LTE RAN )
2.
Escalate alarms via Trouble Ticket System to related parties i.e Field
Engineer, Technical support and follow it up till problem resolved
3. Submit daily report of Trouble Ticket
4. Work on shift schedule to ensure availability of Surveillance team 24x7
