Regional Trainer Jakarta - (1300809)
Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training materials to Manulife Sales Force & Bank Staff
  • Deliver presentation at customer gathering
  • Develop training materials and customer gathering presentation slides
  • Develop Company Sales Force skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report training result
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree from any major
  • Experience as a Trainer Min. 3 years
  • Good in English (speaking & writing)
  • Good in Microsoft Office
  • Good in Presentation Skill
Payment Reconciliation Staff - (1300826)
Responsibilities:
  • To check / reconcile all the payments both of Agency or Partnership Business to ensure all payments had been release to the right receiver
  • To reconcile all the journal voucher that reflect all the compensation
  • Do a Quality Assurance (QA) to all bonuses and override calculation
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Management/Computer
  • Certified in insurance award is a plus (ie. AAJI, LOMA)
  • Min. 2 years experiences and knowing compensation process will be preferable
  • Computer Proficiency in MS. Office especially for MS. Excel
PB Compensation Staff - (1300825)
Responsibilities:
  • Handle and calculate all Marketing Allowance and Bank Performance Bonus, Insurance Specialist (IS) compensation, and Teller Sales Office (TSO) Compensation
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Certified in insurance award is a plus (ie. AAJI, LOMA)
  • Min. 2 years in Accounting/Finance
  • Computer Proficiency in MS. Office
PB Compensation - Manager - (1300823)
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise the compensation related to Partnership Business (PB) Distribution
  • Ensure all compensation payments are correctly and on schedule
  • Monitor all the accrual Bonus or Marketing Allowance are done correctly and on schedule
  • Monitor team for day to day activities
  • Handling the PB corporate staff (Regional Manager and/or Key Account Director) variable compensation
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Management/Finance/Computer
  • Certified in insurance award is preferable (ie. AAJI, LOMA)
  • Has 4-5 years experiences and knowing compensation will be preferable
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office especially for MS Excel and Access
