Claim InvestigatorResponsibilities:- Responsible for investigating claim cases, recording all investigation activity, and preparing reports
Requirements:- Male, 26 – 35 years old
- 3 - 4 years experience in life insurance industry as claim investigator
- Willing to travel frequently (in / out of town) to conduct investigations
- Bachelor degree from any discipline (majoring Law will be an advantage)
- Have a high motivation and high integrity
- Good communications skills with people at all levels
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Customer RelationsResponsibilities:- Handle customer’s inquiries and correspondences
Requirements:- 25 - 30 years old
- Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year work experience in customer service area (experience in insurance/finance industry will be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
- Have excellent phone manner
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel and MS Word
Tax OfficerResponsibilities:- Responsible for tax calculation, tax reconciliation and administration, also providing supporting data for tax audit
Requirements:- Male, 21-28 years old
- Diploma III Degree majoring in Accounting/Finance/Tax from reputable university
- with 2-3 years working experience in Tax area
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting/Finance/Tax from reputable university.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or with 1 year working experience in
- Tax area will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Passed the Brevet A & B will be an advantage
- Willing to work overtime if needed

Claim Technical Junior DoctorResponsibilities:- Reviews calculation of claim cases, gives medical advice and coordinates with medical providers

- Good analytical thinking & detail oriented
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Very good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Learning & People Development ManagerResponsibilities:- Implements strategic and technical training; formulates curriculum and developmental programs
Requirements:- 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Management; master degree would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years experience in implementation of training and development program and 2 years in managerial position
- Very good presentation or facilitation skill
- Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point
- Good communication skills in English
