Purchasing StaffRequirements:
- Min D3, min GPA 2.75
- Experience in Import and Export
- Understand custom clearance, Free Tax Facility
- Having a certificate as export customs
- Able to operate computer
- Have strong knowledge with Indonesia Regulation on custom
- Experience in managing field document for bea cukai, document for export/import license
- Familiar with procedure import, duty free facilities in accordance with the regulation of Bea&Cukai
Import & Government Relations StaffResponsibilities:
- Understand kepabean import and export custom clearance process
- The filing exemption and permit import duties to customs, Dept. of Industry, Dept. of Commerce & Surveyor Indonesia
Requirements:
- Min D3 All majors with GPA Min 3:00
- Fluent in English
- Able to operate computer (MS Office & Internet)
Payroll OfficerRequirements:
- Male, age max 30 years old
- Education D3/S1 any discipline
- Having minimum 1 year experience in working on the payroll by the number of employees min. 1500 people and in the manufacturing industry
- Able to work on the payroll either manually or by using the system
- Mastering the computer (Microsoft Office)
- Able to work under pressure, work deadlines, structured way of working, conscientious and detail
Accounting StaffResponsibilities:
- Inventory
- COGES Calculation
- Book Keeping
- Tax Report
- Journal Report
Requirements:
- Male, age 22 – 30 Years Old
- D3/ S1 in Accounting/ Financial Management
- Graduated from Reputable University with min GPA 3.00
- Fresh Graduated are Welcome
- Understanding Basic Accounting such as Journal, Financial Statement and Tax
- Familiar with Ms Office
- Fluent in English
- Detail Oriented and Orderly
- Willing to Work Overtime
- Discipline and Hard Worker
HRD StaffResponsibilities:
- Monitor the implementation of Collective Labor Agreement, Policies, and program of industrial relations
- Maintain on going relationship with employee, labor union and related government bodies
- Conduct the socialization of industrial policies to employee
- Conduct study related to industrial relation matters
- Handling Recruitment and Man Power Planning
- HR Administration
Requirements:
- Candidate must processed at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resources Management with min. 1 years experience in same field
- Able to use psychological Tools
- Good Knowledge of labor regulations, understand industrial relations matters
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving, able to work under pressure/deadline
- Good interpersonal skill, good presentation and good communication skill
- Excellent with computer and internet
Production Control StaffResponsibilities:
- Report to Manager
- Production Follow up (Monthly and Daily)
- Maintenance up and down quantity production
- New project control and development
- Establish good communication with customer
- Create actual and target production achievement report
- Create, monitor and manage improvements efforts to internal and external
- Making sure the implementation of 5S is effective and consistent
Requirements:
- Male, 27 Years old max
- Graduated S1 from reputable university in Engineering Industrial
- Familiar to operate computer, Ms Office and Internet
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Willing To work overtime
- High Analysis, Good Communication, discipline and hard worker
- Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
- Able to handle and manage new projects
