We are an International company providing Third Party Medical Claims
Administration (TPA Services) and International Medical Assistance (IMA
Services) to insurance companies and corporate clients.
Currently we are looking for the best dynamic and skillful people who
are highly motivated to be part of our team which will be located in our
Jakarta office in the following capacities.
CLAIM ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Medical Insurance claim assessment
- Medical claims analysis for statistical report purpose
- Processing ‘pay and reimbursement’ file medical insurance claim
- Liaison with insurance companies, hospital network and policy holders
- Ensure claims comply with terms and conditions of insurance policy
- Ensure claims are paid based on reasonable and customary charges
Requirements:
- Male/ Female, minimum 25 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Medical/ Business Administration/ Management/ Social Science or other discipline
- Working experience in Insurance, Assistance/ TPA Company related industry with minimum 1-2 years will be an advantage
- Good Command of English (Oral & Written), other language is advantage
- Effective negotiation skills and implementation/influencing skills

- Exposure to the Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel and Outlook
