REQUIREMENTS:
- Laki – laki
- Min. Lulusan SMK Teknik Elektronika / Teknik Komputer jaringan
- Menguasai dasar-dasar Elektronika dan service Elektronika
- Dapat mengoperasikan computer, menguasai Ms. Office, menggunakan email dan internet
- Memiliki motor sendiri & SIM C
- Place in Palembang
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Mengatasi troubleshooting software dan hardware Desktop Computer, Notebook Computer, dan Printer
- Mampu mengerjakan setup, instalasi dan setting Operating System
- Dapat bekerja dalam tim
- Bersedia melakukan perbaikan ke lokasi customer di dalam kota
- Dapat bekerja dalam tekanan
KOORDINATOR TEKNISI (KT)
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Mengkoordinasi dan mengsupervisi tugas-tugas Service Point dan Teknisi dalam area wewenangnya
- Memandu dan mengelola Service Point dan teknisi dalam areanya
- Memonitor dan mengevaluasi kinerja Service Point dan Teknisi dalam area wewenangnya
- Melakukan monitoring dan memberikan solusi terhadap pekerjaan baik yang rutin maupun yang tereskalasi dalam areanya
- Mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kuaitas support dalam areanya
- Melakukan reporting kinerja Service Point dan Teknisi dalam area wewenangnya
- Berkomunikasi baik dengan customer, pihak ketiga dan Intikom Pusat
- Mempelajari dan menguasai teknis perbaikan dari perangkat yang disupport ke customer
- Membuat laporan aktivitas dan kinerja yang berhubungan dengan team support areanya
Kualifikasi:
- Pria, usia 25 – 30 tahun
- Pendidikan min. D3 Teknik Elektro / Teknik Informatika / Teknik Industri
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai coordinator Teknisi, diutamakan di bidang IT Product.
- Proaktif dan kreatif dalam bekerja
- Dapat bekerja mandiri maupun dalam team
- Kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik.
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris yang baik (lisan dan tertulis)
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer, khususnya program Ms. Office
SALES MARKETING (SM-SBY)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Female/Male, Max 28 Years Old
- Strong academy record from reputable University, GPA 3.00
- Min experience: 1 year (Account Executive / Sales marketing) in IT Selling (HW/SW/Application)
- Know
IT Banking product ATM MAchine, Passbook Printer, Banking solution, and
IT products eg. IBM, HP, VMWare, Cisco would be an advantage
- Have a customer base in Medium Size Banking, Insurance, Multifinance
- Self motivated, good attitude and fast learner
- Good looking, knowledge in Information Technology
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Place in Surabaya
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Achieve revenue targets on a quarterly basis in a rapidly changing andhighly competitive market place.
- Sell a concept and solution to customers.
- Relationship
building with clients at all levels (from executives to operational
staff) and create client intimacy to influence and deliver sales
outcomes)
- Build strong relationship with selected customers
- Put together quality tender process/responses.
SALES MARKETING (SM)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male, Max 30 years old.
- Diploma / S1 in any major from Marketing or Public Relationship
- Experience min. 1-2 years.
- Fluent in English both Oral & Written
- Have a sales good track record
- Have a sales in services product and solution product
- Active, friendly, and dynamic.
- Able to work independent as well as in a team and under Pressure.
- Have skills in computer literate
- Good interpersonal, Good Personality, Good communication, presentation skills and Trustworthy
RESPONSIBILITY:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Male, age max. 35 years old.
- S1 degree Electronics Engineering / Computer Technic or any from reputable university
- Experience min.2 Years
- Fluent in English is preferred
- Have a good leadership and management team.
- Good interpersonal skill, self motivated, and strong analytical thinking
- Hard worker and ready to work under pressure
RESPONSIBILITY :
- To manage and coordinate service point, workshop team, and technical support team well as work in a team
- For maintenance program and operational schedule
- Makes the schedule work, monitor and help staff technicians
- Made a report and evaluation
PROGRAMMER .NET
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male / Female, age max. 30 years old
- Associate / Bachelor Degree of Information System / Technology / Physics / Mathematics from reputable university.
- Experienced min. 1-2 years in similar position
- Involved in one / more project using Power Buider, ASP.NET with VB.NET 2010 or C# is a must
- Have knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server Administration
- Microsoft certification will be advantage
- Strong analytical thinking
- Self motivated and Committed to deadlines
- Team player and Able to work under pressure
- Good command in English
- Willing to travel
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Programs the computer by entering coded information
- Confirms program operation by conducting tests, modifying program sequence and codes
- Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data
ACCOUNT MANAGER – SURABAYA (AMR – SBY)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Female/Male, max 32 years old (Account Manager)
- Strong academy record from reputable University, GPA 3.00
- Min experience: 3 years (Account Manager) in IT Selling (HW/SW/Application) for Account executive
- Know

- Write and speak English fluently
- Creative, highly motivated and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work in Jakarta Area
RESPONSIBILITY:
- To give a solution to the problems by customers through telephone.
- Solutions that related to the product, both technical and non-technical to the customer.
- To Be Able to analyze problems and determine the reason
- Receive and documented operational problems IT division
- Evaluate, follow-up, and fix the problem that received
- Run process escalation issues in accordance with the procedure escalation problem-solving
- Monitor and review problems that have been completed and are still outstanding
- Made a report performance/management report
