GRAPHIC DESIGN
(Placement: Bandung)
Qualification:
- Female, single, max 27thn
- GPA min 2.85
- S1 Visual Communication Design (DKV)
- Creative, communicative, knowledgeable
- Mastering Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design
- Have an interest in the field of accessories and fashionable
- Ability to work under pressure and work in a target
- Ability to work in a team or individually
Responsibility:
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
- Working on layouts and artworking pages ready for print
- Developing interactive design
INTERIOR ARCHITECT
Responsibilities :
- Work together with design team to brainstorm for design direction and conceptualization.
- Responsible in translate design concept into design details.
- Preparation of Drawing Works
- Able to handle project independently from drawing works till completion if needed.
- Make sure a project is completed safely, on time and within budget, and proper quality.
- Responsibilities
include making preparations before work begins on site including
communicating with the public, architects, engineers and related parties
involved on the project.
- Managing the building process once work has begun on site.
- Monitoring project progress and ensure project is completed on schedule.
Qualifications :
- Minimum S1 Architecture/Interior Design from a reputable university
- Having 1-2 years experience in Contractor Company will be an advantage, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in English – both in verbal and written.
- Good
communication and interpersonal skill, creative, proactive high
motivation, self driven, honest, fast learner, effort to work, can work
independently or as a team.
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work & manage time effectively in designing, presenting & drafting
- Very good skill in 3Dmax, sketchup, autocad
- Highly motivated, innovative and in love with design to achieve a top level design works
- Open minded to accept new challenge

ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Responsibilities :
- Direct,
coordinate, and monitor all accounting activities (i.e. petty cash,
journal entries, etc), ensure all revenues and expenditures are
appropriately recorded and posted along with appropriate supported
transaction documents (i.e. receipts,
- Prepare profit and loss
statements and monthly closing and cost center accounting reports;
weekly and seasonal management report and ensure timely financial and
management reports.
- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
- Analyze revenue and expenditure and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
- Prepare forecast and monitoring for the variances on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Recommend, develop and maintain financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
- Sound knowledge in taxation especially in VAT Tax, and import / export tax issues.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting form reputable University.
- Experienced
minimal 5 years as Accounting Manager, prefer has experienced in retail
industry or multinational company and Treasury matters.
- Comprehend with Tax Regulation in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in Retail environment.
- Proficiency in English – both in verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills in financial modeling, accounting and financial reporting; legal drafting capability
- Able
to manage daily finance and cash management (invoices, receivables,
cash flow, Profit/Loss, budgeting, costing, financial reports, cash
forecasting) and reports to director every month.
- Good Communication, Strong Leadership & Having a knowledge in Managerial Skill
- Visionary, Mature, Good Problem Solving & & Decision Maker
