Dies Maintenance Staff
Requirements:
- Male maximal 26 years old
- Minimum SMK in Machine
- Posses a knowledge in software tools IE. Autocad, catia would be advantage.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having good knowledge in Dies and Mold Design
- Able to read and make technical drawing
Engineering Staff
Requirements:
- Male maximal 24 years old
- Min SMK degree majoring in Electronic Engineering
- Hard worker, able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowing Basic PLC & System control industry
Quality Control Staff
Requirements:
- Male or Female with maximal age 26 years old
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Able to Development ISO-TS, New Model Project
- Able to read technical drawing
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales (Cost Control) Staff
Requirements:
- Female with maximal age 26 years old
- Minimum Degree in Accounting (For Sales-Cost Control Staff)
- Able to speak English
- Minimum passive Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having good negotiation skill
HRD Staff
Responsibilities:
- To perform human resources duties such as HR administration policies
and procedure, compensation and benefits, training and people
development.
- Manage all activities in recruitment and selection process such as
post the job advertisement, screening CV, select and recruit job
applications to fill vacancies.
- Handle all documentation for personnel administration such as
employee contract, probation, employee promotion and to conducting the
new employee orientation.
- To assist in all matters relating to Compensation and Benefits
administration such as medical allowance, pension scheme, probation, and
resignation. Liaise with outside agencies to source potential recruits
- Maintenance Employee Skill Map and Performance Appraisal.
- Handle ISO 9001, ISO TS
Requirements:
- Male with maximal age 27 years old
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology, and able to conducting
psychological test. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the
related field.
- Excellent controlling HR Standard Operating Procedure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under minimum supervision
Staff Interpreter
Requirements:
- Male or Female with maximum age 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Literary Japan
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Have a certificate level 3
Procurement Staff
Requirements:
- Male or Female with maximal age 25 years old
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Available to operate MS-Office System
- Applicable and understand ISO procedure
- Involved in a new Project Models
- Able to read technical drawing
Control Environment Staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Environmental Engineering and Public Health ,with GPA min 2,75
- Male with maximal age 30 years old
- 1-3 years experience in Environment Health and Safety Or Environment Management System
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive,dynamic and highly motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team
