ACCOUNT ASSITANT
Key roles and responsibilities
- Handles AP-AR related matter of company
- Handles petty cash reimbursement
- Monthly bonus statement Reconciliation
- Assist in preparing cash flow statement
- Assist in reviewing monthly tax report as prepared by tax consultant
- Other ad-hocs duties as requested
Skills & Experience
- Male or female
- Max 30 years old
- Diploma or degree majoring accounting or those pursuing degree or diploma are welcome to apply
- Meticulious and willing to learn new things
- Computer literate
- Able to speak english
QUALITY ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Establish, improve, operate quality control system, implement the quality control plan
- Review product quality issues, and push the quick correction of all related departments
- Improve internal process quality level
- Responsible for customer complaint issues
- Daily inspection of production line (eg:5S、5M)
Requirements:
- Male or Female
- Max 30 years Old
- College degree or above
- Fluent English both on Oral and Writing
- Proficient in PC skills on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving (8D, 5why, etc) knowledge and skill
- Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO9001/TS16949) and methodsAble to speak english and computer literate
REPAIR ENGINEER (20 PERSONS)
Key roles and responsibilities
- Reach target within the prescribed time.
- Familiar to use various repair tools (eg: soldering iron & oscilloscope & heat gun)
- Share repair experience to co-worker and provide suggestions that can improve repair skills.
- Keep learning repair knowledge and enhance the technical level ,work hard on reduce repair cost
Skills & Experience
- Hardworking and able to speak english
- College
education and above , major in electronic computer or related field or
Fresh graduated are welcome majoring in computer or Electrical
Engineering.
- Good knowledge of electronic circuit analysis is advantages and interesting about computer (hardware and software)
- Having knowledge about basic component computer like motherboard, vga card (Basic Hardware component) is advantages
- having working experience in electronic product, Debug in electronic company is advantages
- Have experience in motherboard and VGA card repair and familiar with various repair tools is preferred
WAREHOUSE LEADER
Responsibilities
- Monitoring
the quality, quantity, cost & efficiency of the movement and
storage of goods and Record and control base stores inventory
- Supervise and control all loading and unloading of shipments to & from workshop
- Packing and arranging logistics for outward shipments
- Co-ordinate with logistics agents for shipment and transportation matters
Requirements
- Maximal age 30 years old
- Able to speak english, computer literate
- College
or Bachelor degree or above majoring management or related experience
in logistic or warehouse field & have Having knowledge in ERP system
PURCHASING
Key roles and responsibilities
- To
Support all departement within company by providing / purchase goods /
services requested at reasonable cost requested and delivery time
- To source a good supliers
- To work closely & coordinate with all department and supliers / vendors
- To organize and maintain all record and documentation (PO, quotation, catalogues, agreements, etc)
- Negotiation with Distributors and Suppliers.
- Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials in a timely and cost effective way.
- Purchasing Administration.
- Provide
administrative support to HOD, including preparation of reports,
internal MI, faxing, filing and distribution of correspondence.
- To support ad hoc projects as required by the business relevant to the Purchasing function.
Skills & Experience
- Male or Female max. 35 years old
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Trilingual in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Indonesia
- Good Knowledge in Ms Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good working attitude and willing to learn
- Good communication and analytical skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels
- Good Personality, high responsibility and good cooperation
- Handle the spectrum of daily activities at purchase, realize PO, realize DO, realize Vendor relations
- Good integrity, personality, Initiative, Creative and innovative
- Fast learner, detail oriented and able to work independently or in a team
- Willing to work hard and under pressure
ASSISTANT OPERATION
Responsibilities :
- Support all section in all administrative and correspondent work
- Preparing meeting and also record minute of the meeting
- Any others tasks required by superior
Requirements:
- Female, max 25 years old
- Min D3 / S1 (fresh graduated are welcome) from any major
- Hard worker, discipline, and high responsibility
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Computer literacy ; Ms. Office
GENERAL ADMIN
Key roles and responsibilities
- Office housekeeping and general facilities maintenance.
- Good communication and able to handle customer or negotiate with supllier or vendor is advantages
- Fast learner, detail oriented and able to work independently or in a team
- Willing to work hard and under pressure
- Any other responsibilities that assigned by immediate superior
Skills & Experience
- Male max. 35 years old
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Trilingual in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Indonesia
PROCESS CONTROLL
Key roles and responsibilities
- Protect
and control repaired product information & Arrange daily production
work orders, closed work orders and shipping list
- Pin back the value of product maintenance and account control
- Achieve TAT rate control and analysis (unfulfilled indicates reasons)
- Review of monthly process control
- Any others tasks required by superior.
Skills & Experience
- Male or Female
- College education or bachelor above major in IT or related field
- Good knowledge of electronic circuit analysis
- More than one year working experience in electronic product ,excellent graduates are also available
- Have an experience in process controll
- Able to speak english and computer literate
