PT. KITO Indonesia is a newly established company
for Import of Hoist and Sales of Hoist and Crane based in Jakarta, which
is a subsidiary of KITO Corporation Japan, a
worldwide leading Manufacturer and Sales of Hoist, Crane and Other
Equipment. We are currently seeking :
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION STAFF
Responsibilities:
Handling
the day to day administration,
petty cash, purchase of general and
office supplies, communications, as well as handling of the expatriates documents i.e visa, travel,
accommodation and any other administrative related tasks
Qualifications:
- Male/female
- Holding at least a D3 degree or Bachelor (S1) degree in any major
- Having at least 6 months of working experience in the same field preferably in multinational manufacturing company.
- Having good interpersonal skill, attention to detail and able to work in a team
- Ability to work creatively, initiative and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Having good computer skills; Windows, MS office programs
- Preferably fluent in English both speaking and writing
